Michael McGaughey
Michael McGaughey is an Affiliate at Vantage Partners. He has been a management consultant for 25 years, advising many of the world's leading companies, helping executive management develop and implement new strategies, establish new organizational capabilities, implement and manage strategic relationships and improve negotiation effectiveness.
Prior to joining Vantage Partners, Mr. McGaughey was the CEO of Moonglade Management Consulting, a strategy, organization and alliance management consulting firm that he founded in 1996. Mr. McGaughey was formerly a Senior Vice President with Arthur D. Little, Inc., where ran Asia-Pacific Operations, led the firm’s Merger, Acquisition and Partnership services business and was a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He also spent 18 years as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney, Inc., where he was a Partner and Vice President.
Mr. McGaughey has a BS in Business Economics and an MBA from Indiana University’s E.W. Kelley School of Business.
